Health practitioner reviewing an injury assessment with a patient

We're with you at every step.

After a collision or injury, the hard part is knowing where to begin. Our practitioners assess what happened, explain it plainly, and stay with the case until you are back to what matters.

01

Head-to-toe assessment

From intake and pain management to orthopedics, neurology, chiropractic care, rehab, and counseling — the whole injury, not just the loudest symptom.

02

Fewer roadblocks

We know where accident care usually stalls: referrals, imaging authorisation, records requests. We clear those before they cost you weeks.

03

Care that fits your week

Start with a secure video visit, then see partners close to home. Less driving between offices, shorter waits, faster answers.

Why Waymaker

One coordinated team, virtual or onsite.

Your assessment can be a secure video visit or an onsite clinic appointment, so care starts within days of your accident. From there we coordinate imaging, rehabilitation, and documentation with vetted partners close to home — you never have to chase it down yourself.

Virtual & onsite visits

Start with a secure video visit or come into the clinic — whichever suits you. A board-certified health practitioner reviews your accident, symptoms, and history.

Board-certified health practitioners

Practitioners focused on post-accident injury — not a general practice. Expert-level evaluation from day one.

Coordinated imaging & diagnostics

X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound arranged with trusted imaging partners near you, then reviewed with your assessment.

Rehabilitation planning

Evidence-based recovery plans built with licensed therapists in your area to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Complete documentation

ICD-10 coded records, timelines, and narrative reports your insurer and attorney can rely on.

Attorney & insurer coordination

Direct communication, records requests handled, and testimony-ready findings when a claim goes to hearing.

Important

Why you shouldn't delay an assessment.

Many accident injuries — especially whiplash, soft-tissue damage, and spinal irritation — show no symptoms for hours or days. Waiting can mean:

  • Injuries can worsen and become chronic
  • Gaps in medical records that insurers exploit
  • A weaker personal-injury claim or settlement
  • Scar tissue that limits long-term mobility

The best time to be evaluated is within 72 hours of the accident.

Common questions.

Do you accept referrals directly from patients?+

Yes. Patients, attorneys, insurers, and primary care providers may all initiate a referral. No health practitioner order is required for an independent evaluation.

How quickly can I be seen?+

Most patients are scheduled within 48 hours. Rush and same-day appointments are available for urgent cases.

Will my report be admissible in court?+

Our reports follow AMA Guides 6th Edition standards and are prepared by health practitioners who regularly testify as expert witnesses.

What should I bring to my appointment?+

Photo ID, insurance or referring party details, a list of current medications, and any prior imaging or medical records related to the incident.

Is the first assessment in person?+

No — your initial assessment is a secure telehealth visit, so care can start within days of your accident. Any imaging is arranged with a partner facility near you, and follow-ups, records review, and consultations are handled by video as well.
