    Standardised symptom scoring plus memory, reaction, and balance testing at baseline.

  2. Step 2

    Nerve evaluation

    Sensation, reflex, and strength testing to trace symptoms back to a specific nerve root.

  3. Step 3

    Advanced imaging

    MRI, CT, or EMG/NCS referral when the clinical picture supports it.

  4. Step 4

    Recovery protocol

    Staged return to work, screens, and activity with re-testing at each milestone.
